Business outlook
Pros
Caring owner. Decent pay rate (could be better, could be worse). Good quality BCBAs (with exceptions, but that’s true anywhere you go). Using catalyst for data collection is very simple.
Cons
No paid sick days, even if you’re an employee. Health insurance plan sucks, and the requirement to even get it is nearly impossible. Not enough training for new BCBAs. And also, after several complaints against certain staff, it’s like no one gets fired around here
