Great people and friendly atmosphere around coworkers. Nice location downtown and easily accessible.
Cons
Where to start....The company structure is terrible and there aren't enough managers for the demand required because the CEO is so cheap. Speaking of cheap, your paycheck definitely will not compensate for all the work you do. Again, CEO wants to pay you the least amount possible for grueling and extensive work. Ever ask anything about payroll/getting a raise and you will be shot down like the disposable worker your supposedly are. Their turnover rate is high because of how poor the pay is structured. There is no opportunity for growth at all and if you find a scintilla of it, management is quick to shut you down or make it so difficult you shouldn't bother. Some managers are highly questionable--again, there needs to be more of them.
