Pros
The staff here are second to none. I truly love the people that I work with. They have integrity and do their best to take care of our patients. They care and a lot of time and effort has been and is put into hiring those individuals. Middle management is being put in place to help alleviate some of the issues that were due to too much too fast. There are definitely things that need to be streamlined, improved, revamped, etc. at Progressive but what place doesn't? The difference is, at Progressive, they are constantly working towards being better and improving.
Cons
Communication between management and staff is dismal. Due to the high hiring standards and lack of tolerance for poor job performance, most of the employees stay worried about potentially getting fired. No current focus on staff retention.
