      Very small company, no career growth here

      Cons

      Everyday i post number of jobs, if i received one interview call per week the CEO becomes upset . But company have no growth. so many new comers dont show interest with PTSOL. Do in marketing side - i tried max marketing. But doesnt work. Now a days many employees directly apply on company website to get more benefits and higher pay.

      Pros

      PTSOL has friendly and supportive staff members. They pay competitive salaries. They pay on time, and consistently. Never late. Recruiters and account managers are available to assist consultants if needed. Account manager came to visit client site to see if consultants or client had concerns. Diverse group of consultants.

      Cons

      Health insurance not yet available to consultants outside California. Hopefully soon!
