      Pros

      A very diverse workforce all has one thing in common and that is to support people so they have a phone and interesting life.

      Cons

      It is a commitment to work here because working with people is so personal. It’s not a job that you can leave easily because you have so many personal relationships.

      Pros

      Mostly positive interactions clients or “members” as they are called. Decent pay for PSS who are fully certified

      Cons

      Management micromanages and criticizes staff about minute tasks. Peer support is expected to do maintenance and custodial work
