      Pros

      Great concept. Attempts to help offenders with drug and alcohol abuse addiction receive the resources needed to attend recovery programs.

      Cons

      Non-profit organization that is not run under OSHA regulations. Very little to no room for promotion. Took over 6 years to see any kind of raise for all employees. the raise was a little under $2.00. Little to no training for employees in dealing with the clients.
