Pros

Benefits are great, coworkers were great.

Cons

Management is a continual frat party atmosphere. During training they took us to restaurants and immediately ordered drinks, even after telling them I was a recovering alcoholic they still kept pushing me to drink with them until I just left and went back to the hotel. Management never has any solutions, but plenty of criticisms. And was pressured to make damage determinations that weren’t right so recovery could get more money.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you had a positive experience with your coworkers and benefits. We are concerned to read your comments regarding the training environment. Our expectation is that all employees are treated with respect and that personal boundaries are honored. No one should feel pressured to participate in social activities, and that is not consistent with our standards. We also take seriously any suggestion that employees are asked to make decisions that do not align with professional or ethical expectations. Our work is expected to be performed with integrity, and we do not support practices that compromise that. We recognize that experiences can vary and use feedback like this to evaluate and improve how we operate. We appreciate you sharing your perspective.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear you had a strong team and supportive leadership. That’s something we place a lot of value on. We also appreciate the feedback on PTO. We regularly review our benefits to stay aligned with the market and to ensure they meet the needs of our employees, and input like this is helpful as part of that process. Thanks again for taking the time to provide your perspective.

Pros

A whopping 50k and you get to drive your own vehicle and put 15-20k miles each year on it. What's not to love.

Cons

The combined IQ of management if that of a potato. Treat employees like garbage and demand results. The culture and morale are below floor level.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. While we understand not every employee experience will be the same, we are disappointed to read your comments regarding leadership, culture, and morale. We strive to foster a respectful and professional work environment. Regarding compensation, we continually review pay rates to remain market-competitive based on job responsibilities and operational requirements. Employees who use personal vehicles for business purposes are reimbursed at a nationally recognized standard mileage rate intended to help offset work-related operating costs. We appreciate the work our team members do each day, and we continue evaluating and improving the employee experience.
