11moThank you for your feedback. While we understand not every role or company is the right fit for everyone, calling our performance-based compensation model a "scam" is simply inaccurate. Our bonus structure is straightforward: goals are clearly communicated, and bonuses are earned when performance targets are met—just as you'd expect in any pay-for-performance environment. It’s true that goals may occasionally be adjusted based on business needs, especially during seasonal shifts, but these changes are rare and communicated with context. The suggestion that the system is designed to deliberately withhold bonuses doesn't reflect how we operate, nor does it match the experience of many others in the role. We’re glad you found the team supportive and wish you the best moving forward.
