      Pros

      I love working for a small but growing company! We released a new version of the software in February 2019 and have been steadily hiring to support the demand. I love working for a company where you feel that your individual contributions matter. There are plenty of opportunities for career growth as we create new roles within the organization.

      Cons

      The work life balance is amazing compared to other tech companies in Austin but I wish hours were a bit more flexible or there were options to work from home.
