great learning but poor pay - Marketing Projext X Employee Review

Good opportunity and good work environment

Irregular work hours and entrepreneurial

-felt like I was learning a lot on the job -coworkers were pretty fun and cool to be around -morning atmosphere was energetic and contagious

- constant travel -compensation hard to live off of, base pay with commission was always too low to start off because you're new to the job -regularly splitting money, either as a trainee working with your mentor, or as a mentor splitting with your trainee -shady interactions with boss involving travel costs, money, slow responses, inaccurate details -receiving paychecks was sometimes delayed and questionable -excessive time commitment inside and outside of job for long term growth
