Good Opportunity - Campaign Manager Projext X Employee Review

Projext X is such an amazing, positive, upbeat, friendly and motivational place to work! We are growing and expanding so quickly that there is always room for advancement, learning opportunity's, as well as travel opportunity's. The management is personally invested into everyone and really wants to see everyone grow and develop and learn new skill sets. While still valuing the time, energy, and effort someone puts in. It is an accelerated training program that is not for everyone. But to the person who has an awesome work ethic, has some grit, and isn't afraid of a challenge, that wants to learn, grow, and get trained on multiple aspects of a company ,we may be the company you're looking for.

-felt like I was learning a lot on the job -coworkers were pretty fun and cool to be around -morning atmosphere was energetic and contagious

- constant travel -compensation hard to live off of, base pay with commission was always too low to start off because you're new to the job -regularly splitting money, either as a trainee working with your mentor, or as a mentor splitting with your trainee -shady interactions with boss involving travel costs, money, slow responses, inaccurate details -receiving paychecks was sometimes delayed and questionable -excessive time commitment inside and outside of job for long term growth
