If you want to be a politician go for this company. Huge politics. No quality works over here. If you want to stay here just lick the feet of so called technical architect and uper management. Just spoil my very important one and half years over here and realized that when I landed at good place.
Cons
No value for performers. No proper hierarchy for the project management. Nothing to learn new things. They can fire anytime. Hr is very rude and unprofessional in behavior.
