There's so much right here. They have ethical practices, and it's easy to keep busy & meet goals. Employees and leadership care about making the world a better place, and they watch out for their employees. Prolocity has great upper and middle management, good systems and practices in place, good pay, straightforward leave expectations, and easy onboarding, I can use my own devices, and each day has a flexible schedule, They are happy to be flexible with time zones. The people are easy to get along with. They have very good processes for a company their size and deliver high-quality builds for their clients. If you ask the team for help, people are always willing to problem-solve with you. It's a friendly, low-drama company to work for that will be one to keep an eye on.
Cons
You must be self-motivated. You will be expected to deliver a lot with your time, so there isn't room to lose focus.
