Pros
The work was at times enjoyable - I gained real skills in terms of QA and managing project implementations.
Cons
The company had no interest whatsoever in retaining employees - over the time I was there, no employees received any significant pay increases. The company was in a tailspin at the time, and there was little interest in doing anythign to improve the overall culture.
