Management need to get a grip - Head Office Staff Proludic Employee Review

The management of the business is so poor. We make a profit every year, but staff are worked to the bone without any thanks or real appreciation. The MD is barely ever around, and the occasions he is, he simply gives orders then disappears off for “off site HR meetings” for days at a time… They send around surveys but even slightest negative or constructive comment is taken offensively, and they get very defensive about “one or two” troublemakers. Maybe they should actually listen to staff feedback and you’ll get a much better togetherness and team spirit.
