Pros
Even though they did not pay the salary on time and not all pay for some time, their manager called and apologized for the things happened and agreed to remain the pending salary. I hope that now they will pay the pending salary and I am giving a good rating to maintain good relationship with employer They seem to be facing issues due to the visa environment in USA in general.Their manager appears to be a nice person and willing to work on the problems
Cons
If they had paid on time I would be still working in USA, brought a house in India etc. Now it became a lost opportunity hopefully this will get rectified
