Pros
A few key people with lots of knowledge, company makes a good effort to promote team building, pay is decent. Outside of the UC department, employees seem very happy. The owners and SVP of engineering are great people and extremely easy to get along with.
Cons
Zero training, company does not provide the basic tools needed to do your job, benefits are expensive, sick and vacation time is combined, manager of UC department is completely unapproachable and takes EVERYTHING personally. Going the extra mile will get you nowhere.
