Pros

Company provides TOP tier solutions for companies utilizing or needing Call Center Technology. Management and IT department are Subject Matter Experts in call centers and CRMs. Management assists in preparing SOWS, statements of work, on large opportunities. No micro-management.

Cons

Sometimes difficult for sales people to keep up with the multiple product lines. All products offer some advantages to end customer but for sales to become Experts it takes a lot research.

-good job to learn Networking with little experience

Cons

-pay is not what it needs to be -only give you raises every few years -schedule is all over the place
