Autonomous work atmosphere Engaged and bright co-workers Management listens and implements suggestions Promotions from within Flexible work environment, remote work friendly Fun and friendly team Always new improvements happening

      It's a smaller company so there are fluctuations in workload throughout the year

      Pros

      Most of the people at Promet are incredibly hard workers. They truly care about their work and their customers and will go above and beyond to get their jobs done. Most people at the company genuinely like each other and want you to succeed.

      Cons

      High turnover in several departments, many people are severely overworked. Management generally does not respect employees’ boundaries.
