Not worth it - Neighbor Ambassador Prometheus Real Estate Group Employee Review

I have been with Prometheus for five years, and I can honestly say it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From day one, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside some of the most genuine, supportive, and knowledgeable professionals in the industry. The collaborative culture and strong team dynamic make it a place where people truly enjoy working together. One of the things I value most about Prometheus is its commitment to diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being. The benefits are exceptional, and the company consistently invests in its people. Processes and procedures are clear, well-organized, and easy to navigate, with resources readily available whenever guidance is needed. Another standout aspect of the organization is its leadership. Senior leaders are approachable, accessible, and genuinely care about employee feedback. Whenever I’ve reached out with questions or concerns, I’ve received thoughtful, helpful support. Prometheus also offers outstanding opportunities for growth and development. Great company to work for! An excellent workplace culture and cohesive standards for their employees across the board. Awesome branding, and it felt like a company I wanted to be a part of. Commission structure is excellent, too, and better than the industry average.

They don't handle problem employees very well. The housing discount isn't enough to make it worth living on site (Only 20%. Most other property management offer from 30% to 50% off of rent). Base pay is abysmal. Lower level employee get frequently taken advantage of and are expected to take on way more than their pay deserves. Regional and middle management are very out of touch with their operation. There aren't many promotional opportunities, either.
