Pros

From my years of property management experience, Prometheus was quick to stand out as an all-star company. They truly nurture their core values which nurtures a much more positive work environment. Prepare yourself for this long Pros list: 20% apartment discount (not the highest for the industry but, manageable) 100% reimbursement of medical premiums for you and family (Your out-of-pocket max is deposited into an account for you to spend of covered medical expenses. Plus, they cover the monthly premium cost as well. I have never had to pay a penny out of my own pocket for any medical premiums/visits/prescriptions/etc. Amazing offer.) Annual company events which you are allowed to bring guests as well. Plenty of opportunities to get paid for fun volunteer work. Trainings trainings trainings. The company is big on consistent and thorough trainings throughout the year. This nurtures a growth environment and so if you make it known that you want to grow, they will guide and help you. These strategic trainings are especially important for management roles as the company does an astounding job at training individuals to become true and effective leaders. On-site teams have events for their communities which allow for a break from the normal office work routine. Higher ups are more connected with on-site teams than other companies which is nice. Plenty of beautiful properties to work at. $200 commission on leases.

Cons

Base pay/commissions may be on the lower end for similar roles but, factoring in the dollar value of all the other added benefits, you can easily receive a total compensation package of $75k+ annually for a leasing consultant.

Pros

I have been with Prometheus for five years, and I can honestly say it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From day one, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside some of the most genuine, supportive, and knowledgeable professionals in the industry. The collaborative culture and strong team dynamic make it a place where people truly enjoy working together. One of the things I value most about Prometheus is its commitment to diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being. The benefits are exceptional, and the company consistently invests in its people. Processes and procedures are clear, well-organized, and easy to navigate, with resources readily available whenever guidance is needed. Another standout aspect of the organization is its leadership. Senior leaders are approachable, accessible, and genuinely care about employee feedback. Whenever I’ve reached out with questions or concerns, I’ve received thoughtful, helpful support. Prometheus also offers outstanding opportunities for growth and development. Whether you're looking to advance your career, explore new roles, or experience a change of environment, there are countless opportunities. Most importantly, Prometheus has always made me feel valued, supported, and invested in. It’s a company that truly cares about its employees and makes them feel like an important part of its future.

Cons

None to note, my overall experience with Prometheus has been positive.

Pros

Prometheus has a really helpful structure in place for just about everything you do. If you ever forget how to complete a task or just need a quick refresher, there are step by step POP guides you can easily reference, which makes things much more manageable day to day. They are also very focused on giving back to the neighborhood, with volunteer opportunities happening throughout the year. It creates a strong sense of purpose beyond just the day to day work. Another thing that stands out is staffing. Teams are typically well supported, which helps prevent burnout and allows everyone to stay balanced and set up for success.

Cons

So far, loving it over here!
