I totally agree with all points raised in the review "A Rabbit Hole of a Disaster" There are a lot of regulations to know for such low pay. I went into this thinking it would be a easy, chill job, and boy was I wrong. Seriously take the other glassdoor reviews to heart before committing to work here. The particular test center that I was at had a high schoolish vibe. There was obvious racial favoritism by the manager. Rudeness and abruptness was valued as "efficiency." While some workers would chat nearly their whole shift, many were afraid to be seen as goofing off and remained quiet for long periods (awkward!). There are cameras with audio recording you at all times, so anything you say can come back to bite you later. This is probably not true with all centers but we needed to stock/clean/refresh the restrooms, I felt this was very gross and not in line with the title: Administrator. Overall definitely not for me. If you find yourself dreading your job after being there a short time, it is not a good thing. There seemed to be a really high turnover rate at my center too, but that just may be the nature of the job. People will leave as soon as something better comes along.
