      Pros

      Everyone is nice Paid every 2 weeks Insurance is reasonable Bereavement is generous

      Cons

      Pay scale is extremely low, half of what it should be. Vacation and sick time is stingy. 2 weeks vacation is sad. The company is odd The IT department is not mature which is concerning given they are a technology company Turnover is very high

      Pros

      It can be flexible at times. I enjoyed my team, and everyone worked well together for the most part; given the ones that wanted to be there.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth. High turnover. Very monotonous.
