Pros
The only pro - hybrid schedule and no weekend work
Cons
From the surface, it's all about inclusion, diversity, mental health, and management who love feedback and take care of employees.
In reality, expect micromanaging from management, and how they will make a fuss out of your small mistakes (instead of working together on the solution and way forward). Anxiety is common.
You will learn something at the beginning when you enter the company but probably after 4-6 months, you only repeat the same task, lack of career development or increment unless of you are the management's "favourite".
You will do well in the company if you're able to "vibe" with the account managers/bosses from the western countries and match their "sense of humour".
