I've had the chance to work with some truly fantastic colleagues at this company. The team members are supportive, talented, and dedicated, making the work environment enjoyable and collaborative. However, the management side of things leaves much to be desired.

Despite the company's stated value of fostering transparency, this has been notably lacking. Key decisions are often made overnight with no prior notice or input from those affected. Promises are frequently made but rarely followed through, leaving employees feeling undervalued and insecure. Layoffs and significant changes seem to happen abruptly and without warning, which undermines any sense of stability.

The only pro - hybrid schedule and no weekend work

From the surface, it's all about inclusion, diversity, mental health, and management who love feedback and take care of employees. In reality, expect micromanaging from management, and how they will make a fuss out of your small mistakes (instead of working together on the solution and way forward). Anxiety is common. You will learn something at the beginning when you enter the company but probably after 4-6 months, you only repeat the same task, lack of career development or increment unless of you are the management's "favourite". You will do well in the company if you're able to "vibe" with the account managers/bosses from the western countries and match their "sense of humour".
