- Good atmosphere between colleagues, everyone willing to help. - Great company benefits, base salary perhaps not the most competitive. - Nice interaction across all scopes of the business, lots of development inside and outside your department.
Cons
- Workload increases dramatically without taking away works for new responsibilities - Management not clear on Mission and Vision, to much change and volatility on strategic level - Corporate level decisions blindly forced without understanding the local impact.
