I was set to start on a Wednesday. I asked if I could move it to Monday for a family emergency. Was texted that they understood and it was no problem. Got a call two days later that they changed their mind and were going to rescind the offer. They haven’t been able to fill the position since last July, they told me that, and I can see why. If this is how they treat employees, good luck with a work/home balance or any sense of security you may have if you or a family member get sick and you need to be out. Absolutely no care for an individual just the work they need done.
