Pros
Many! Fair salary, excellent support and infrastructure to work. Nice people with good ambiance. Developing new and exciting products and opportunity of experimenting and learning many technologies.
Cons
It's a company which grew a lot and very fast so although it is not a start-up anymore it kept this mentality in many cases. This might seem good and it is for one side but it poses certain problems on how decisions are taken and how things are planned and moved.
