Pros
The environment is really great there is no micromanaging the only thing they are focused is on getting results and as a sales manager i have been meeting and exceeding my sales target and the monthly team goal!
Cons
I dont think there is a con but they are a startup so every time something new is always being implemenet which is also a good thing
