Pros

I've been here for quite some time now and have seen some ups and downs with this company for the last 5 years, but we've persevered and overcame so many challenges because the co-founders are second to none as leaders and visionaries. They also happen to be great people who truly care for their employees and foster an environment where everyone has a voice and a seat at the table. Only good can come from all that, and it surely has! It's great to be part of this rocket ship and the future looks really bright here at Promomash.

Cons

Nothing worth mentioning as the biggest struggles were related to COVID, which is now the past. Promomash is a great place to work and is in the best place it has ever been as a company. We have an A team!

Pros

Being a high-producing team member really matters at Promomash, and instead of being crammed into a box and forced to follow the status quo, we are empowered by the Executive team and driven by the company mission. To my delight, after nearly 3 years of working with Promomash, I feel like I'm a part of something big. We are pushing an industry forward and aren't settling for just any employee - we only hire superheroes. By enhancing each team member's skill set, Promomash understands that Happy Employees create happy clients which in turn increases revenue. The synergistic energy created by this method of internal development is why our clients love us and also why our team culture emulates the dynamics of a close family. Promomash focuses on giving benefits that increase personal development and growth, an autonomous trust for self-management, and recognition for great work. When something goes wrong, it's never about placing blame or fault - it's about learning from the experience so we can win from it.

Cons

Maybe we have too much fun?
