      I made my career there, I loved! There I was able to explore my capabilities and developed my aspirations. Employers ownership. Ethics.

      Cons

      Promon business is a brazilian business, if there is none investment in the country, there is no service for Promon. As Promon's capital is small, they have no capacity to invest in other places within manageable risks.
