A great company to work for. A great team culture that leads down right from the top. All staff including senior management and directors are always willing to help and guide you as well as listen to your feedback and work together well. You will never find yourself always doing the same thing keeping you on your toes. No matter who you are, how old or where you are from, you are always made to feel welcome and part of the team. Myself starting as an apprentice straight from school there is great opportunities to learn at both the college/training as well as on the job with the support from colleagues, and progress your career as far as you want it to into more senior roles with more responsibility. Whether you are looking to start your career or want to try something new Pronto has a great range of different roles for all that I would highly recommend to everyone.
