Pros
They seem fairly laid back at their home offices. The jobs they bring in are constantly changing so you'll never be bored working on any single project for very long.
Cons
Their pay is a bit low for Sr artists. Though I'm not sure if that's consistent for new artists they bring into their fold or not. You will most likely be shuffled around from project to project very quickly and with very little notice as well as not finding out whether you have a spot on the next project till the very last moment.
