      Pros

      Good team members, everyone around me was smart and capable. Permanent remote job. Good PTO and week off in summer and winter

      Cons

      Management has no idea what to do. Always chasing a new lead but never properly building out solutions. Demoralizing when you build out something and then it gets taken away. A lot of layoffs, I think 4 rounds in 2 years. Leadership team isn't fully honest about their goals.

      Pros

      Cool people on the CS and Notary Ops team. Free Vacation once a year and a weekly lunch comp didn't hurt.

      Cons

      Reviews are adding up and sadly reflect Proof's unfortunate cycle. The Company had potential, but with leadership changes, poor product awareness in the industry, and top talent (JC, KB, HG, VR, BK) lost, Proof will be the one that could've been in less than 3 years. We will have another "Convoy" on our hands soon.
