Pros
Some really smart people in the industry but they are so overwhelm with work that it takes time to get things done.
Cons
Upper management is clueless. Useless internal webinars every week, we spend more time doing doing webinars and training than actual selling. This isn’t a 24/7 job, there’s only X amount of time during the day. Internal process to get a quote done requires Finance team to get approval, even for a $2000 quote, that’s ridiculous. To close out an order takes about a day worth of manual work by the rep, again taking time away from doing actual sales.
