I started working with Proonto 2 years ago, this is the best decision I ever made, it has the perfect balance of working from home and having family time! The schedule is super flexible and everyone is very approachable and professional :)

I wouldn't call it a con but when starting it can be a little overwhelming with the infomation but everything makes sense after the 1st shift :)

Fantastic training and ongoing support from the team. Quick responses when help is needed. The platform is well done and provides great feedback on your personal performance. Schedule is flexible and allows me to work around my families needs.

It can take awhile to find a project that meets your needs, however there are new projects posted very frequently. Pay is not great at first, but gets better as you take on more projects.
