Horrible processes and procedures. Poor management whom have little experience in the marketplace. Mostly run from an overseas entity.

Work on freely available software(Opensource) Can deliver product without a quality check Many employees from same college, well it is good for unity and that is why there are reviews having comments "feel like home"

No clear direction in terms of product design Lot of patch work is done which is very naive Old timers are lot much dominating which creates political environment Cunning attitude of the company, which doesn't see employee growth, they need employee till their purpose is served and then he/she is thrown out Very bad facility No parking space It has not reached to it initial of phase of startup, though it is from around 5-6 years, it has many logistic issues like salaries are not done on time, PF structure is not in place. Employees coming from same college and old timers play lot of politics to keep secure their position
