Propeller holds a place in my heart as the favourite café in which I've worked over ten years of working in Toronto's specialty coffee industry. An excellent team comprised by wonderful people. Very high quality product.

Organizational qualities are very dependant on the caliber of the café manager. I was lucky to work under a highly attentive and versatile café manager during my time with Propeller. This is subject to change—for better or worse—should a new individual step in.
