Pros

- Amazing place to learn and grow - Very much a “figure it out” type of role - allows for creativity and impressions to be made - Room for Extra projects / company growth initiative involvement - Covers all industries - very dynamic and informative of the world itself - Unmatched work-life balance - Many many networking opportunities with clients

Cons

- Can be isolating (100% remote) - Start-up work can be very inconsistent (not Propeller’s fault) - Corporate Structure = an Upside down pyramid (many High-Mid levels, few lower level employees)

Pros

The company fosters a people-first culture where everyone feels supported, valued, and part of a tight-knit community. It’s a place where relationships matter—everyone knows everyone, and if not, someone will introduce you or encourage you to connect. It can get very busy sometimes, but in my experience the team comes together to get the job done.   To me, beyond anything, people are the most important aspect as work can be learned over time. The focus isn’t just on contributing but also on learning and growing, playing long-term games with long-term people.   You feel like a true partner with clients, actively contributing to their success stories. I have experienced seamless collaboration across teams—such as accounting and finance—working cohesively for and with the client, which has been an exceptional experience. You’re not just working in isolation or handling routine tasks but are genuinely part of something meaningful and impactful.   The remote aspect is amazing, allowing for flexibility for my hours during a week.

Cons

Certain weeks of the month can become very hectic, requiring excellent multitasking skills to manage priorities across different clients and, at times, even industries.   It is crucial to compartmentalize and stay focused to handle the dynamic nature of the work.
