- Opportunities for growth have been increasing! As the company continues to excel, I've seen so many new jobs since I first started here.
- Culture and atmosphere! The company really stands behind their values, inside and outside the workplace. It's also a super laid back and casual environment. I like the people I work with very much. We're like one big family.
- Remote work options available for those in office and around the US. Not many companies offer this kind of flexibility. For those working remotely, the company brings us to the office twice a year. I love that I can see my coworkers face-to-face twice a year.
- Benefits are awesome! 15 days of vacation, fitness reimbursement, discounts on organic produce...Although I don't take advantage of all the benefits they are available to all employees.
- I feel valued here. Management and other departments do listen to you. They are open to discuss topics and accept feedback. We're all part of one big team working towards the same goals.
