This company puts people first. They live and breath their company values. People are so respectful of each other and everyone LOVES their jobs. The hiring and onboarding process was REALLY well done and speaks to the awesomeness that is our founders. In addition to great benefits and flexible working arrangements, the founders and team members only care about productivity, not the number of hours you are in the office (they also have unlimited vacation!!). They expect a lot and set the bar high, but they also pay top of market, so they can.
