Lack of transparency from leadership team - Anonymous employee Properly (Canada) Employee Review

Leadership kept saying they have raised money and had runway of 2-years and that fundraising is just a tactic, then suddenly in 15 minutes of meeting in November of 2022 they slashed 60 percent of it's workforce, they were doing Town hall ,questions were asked and they were answered but at the end, all the core values, the meetings, transparency went for a toss in 15 minutes of call. They handed out bonuses to only "selected" people without having a guided approach to it and without sharing the success metric. Properly also has a habit of promoting staff mid term without sharing company wide so others don't ask questions or raise eyebrows.
