Excellent work-life balance with good benefits. The Management Team really seems to care about their Employees. The workplace environment is a fast paced but enjoyable. Also, there are great opportunities to grown within the Organization.

Commute when unable to work from home.
Crap rolling downhill was frequently followed by a cascade of pointing fingers. Upper and Middle management were never held accountable and the lower level employees were scapegoated frequently.
Mixed messages on time off requests being approved often resulted in getting a poor performance review which would affect raises and even employment for some.
