Pros
I started at Property Hub as a junior with no experience, and I’ve worked my way up into a management role. I’ve been supported every step of the way. We have regular 1-2-1s and reviews, and when I said what direction I wanted to go in, my manager helped me map out exactly how to get there.
It’s a fast-paced company with a brilliant team and culture. We get stuff done, but everyone’s genuinely kind and supportive. People help each other, work hard, and all care about doing great work. It’s the kind of team you actually want to spend time with.
Leadership is open and transparent. With open-book management, everyone knows the wins, the challenges and what we’re working towards. Rob, Rob and Tracey are approachable, motivating and genuinely care about making this a great place to work.
The benefits are great too. There’s a share scheme, bonus scheme, private healthcare and the team regularly gets asked for feedback through things like the Stop Start Keep form which the founders read and act on.
If you want to learn, grow and work with lovely, hard-working people in a company that genuinely wants to keep improving, you’ll love it here.
Cons
The pension scheme could be a bit better, but that’s probably the only real downside for me personally.
Things move quickly, so if you prefer a slower pace, it might not be for you.
