Pros

1. The company offers good training however they always throw it back to your face when you decided to leave the company. 2. Staff are welcoming yet there are groupings among the employee. 3. Company does not encourage overtime.

Cons

1. You’re essentially performing the duties of a property manager while only being compensated as an assistant. 2. If management takes a dislike to you, they may make things difficult—especially when it comes to approving leaves, handling appraisals, and even manipulating evaluations to make it appear that you’re underperforming. 3. The company operates under a system resembling contractual employment. They refer to it as a “loyalty program,” but if you choose not to renew, they may create obstacles—making resignation processes difficult and delaying your back pay for up to 100 days. They may also enforce contract clauses to monitor whether you join competing companies. 4. Obtaining a Certificate of Employment from this company can be quite challenging. 5. Upper management appears disorganized, with frequent changes in leadership. Additionally, managers tend to single out and blame virtual assistants whenever mistakes occur or when their own decisions lead to issues. 6. The CEO is very fond of micromanaging. She does not treat her employees well. She only knows what she wants not what the employees needs.

- Workmates are friendly and accommodating - Training and Support are approachable and helps you learn the tasks well - Some from the management team are approachable - Culture was better when the company started

Cons

- Support are approachable but management forces them to be strict - Policies are suffocating to the point you feel burned out - Salary can be a little higher to be more competitive
