Sometimes work load is a little light

Close to home and an easy commute. Good communication with the management/employees in the location I was employed in. Plenty of company events to take part in and nothing too large or intrusive in personal life.

When I was there there was a very high turn-over rate with middle management. Very difficult to work with employees on the west coast, especially considering the company is relatively small. Some hiccups with communication among management and some coarse conversations on occasion. They seemed to want to build the company up to sell it, not really succeed on their own accord outright.
