Consider it as the last option only. I was in the tech team for a year and worked with almost everyone. Some people are just terrible, and there’s way too much politics. A senior guy literally chews gutka in the office during work hours, and the seniors and managers are okay with it. No matter the experience, just make a mistake and you will be put under a 9-month probation. The product team is one step ahead of the tech team — they will directly fire you on the last day of probation without any prior notice, don't join as a QA. Getting an offer letter here is easier than leaving the company. Most people end up resigning without another offer — that’s the only way out. They’ll call you for an onsite interview just to show off their nice office but tech team actually sits in a separate, third-rate office in HSR.
