Pros
Valuable work experience. Great field exposure.
Cons
Overall, the company is dysfunctional; however, projects a put-together appearance. Starting with the ownership, they're not in tune with the operations and sometimes are mentally absent, for obvious reasons. The company uses a continuously evolving and costly project tracking system. The system is cumbersome and cannot track work load or productivity, resulting in an lop-sided workload from employee to employee. The company lacks a true HR department leaving new employees in the dark regarding healthcare, 401K benefits, etc.. The "sales team" is not a trained group of technical and knowledgeable professionals and rather an overhead bust. All company-wide project portfolios are completed in a chaotic symphony. Summary: The company morale is gloomy, pettiness has peaked, office professionalism is lacking.
