Pros

Initially friendly and a professional facade

Cons

More than 100 staff turnover in 3 years says it all. Current employees reviews, don’t listen to them. They would not be able to tell the truth as it’s a small company and they would know who wrote the review. A very toxic environment.

Pros

Opportunity to jump right into the job. Great way to gain experience. A few people there are very supportive. Great pay and bonus opportunities.

Cons

Rules and decisions are constantly changing due to micro-management, so no consistency. Most employees there ended up being very cynical on the way the business was run internally. Leading to high employee turnover. Senior management constantly reminds you that you are dispensable, so you never feel part of the company. Unfortunately, you can always sense that hierarchy gap between you and the management. Little to no possibility of career progression or proper training and development.

Pros

Welcoming initially but scary eventually. Their 'education' system is interesting even if it works best for the principals not the clients. Potential property scammers could learn a lot here. Investors do make Capital Gains but because of the front end commissions it takes them longer than buying direct without PWF involvement.

Cons

Follow the rules or out The rules change every day This company exists purely to profit its principals but mainly the sweet sugary ginger wolf Sally Ann B Anyone that discovers the real money they take from investors is instantly out. There is no management or corporate structure just fancy titles. Principles hide behind an accounting system with no Accountant or CFO it's managed secretly & exclusively by the principals. SAB is the CEO prima donna a role model for rip off merchants. How to make $M and get away with it. Properties are loaded with $15 - 35K+ + commission for PWF Investors could show better & earlier Capital Gains without PWF.
