Pros

There is really none, the company created a false sense of 'culture' to detract from its lack of benefits.

Cons

Travelling for work is a nightmare. You have to fly ONLY on budget airlines that you have to book by yourself on your own credit card. Claims take ages to be reimbursed. When you eventually reach your destination, no company car will be waiting for you, you will have to catch your own taxi, at your own peril. They have no consideration for your safety or wellbeing at all. By the way, Taxi fares cannot be claimed unless it's from the airport to the office and vice versa. Any trips to clients' offices you will pay by yourself. Next, you will stay at prostitute / red light district hotels because the company is THAT cheap. Again, there is no consideration for your safety or wellbeing. In terms of bonus, they actually sent a memo to say it will be changed from twice a year to once a year because the accounts books could not be closed on time. But you know it's because they are cheap.

Pros

Post merger, both PG and IPP combined command 90% of market share in terms of online property seekers in Malaysia.

Cons

Culture and values are very different between two organization. . PG Group too performance driven despite championing as a people-first organization. Most employees resigned in the past 6 months are due to culture and value differences, as well as due to weak people-managers within the org ( good functional skills but weak in leaderships capability)
