      The shown salary structure is good but you do not get it. You will get used to of regular criticism and work day and night and get scolded - will definitely make you stronger from inside.

      Cons

      No respect shown to employees. You have to work beyond hours always and are never appreciated. No work life balance. Do not get competitive salary.
